Math Help will be offered on Tuesday afternoons from 2:50 until 3:45 in room 221.
Participating students should go to room 221 at the conclusion of dismissal at 2:50 and be picked-up in front of the school promptly at 3:45.
Math Help is intended for students needing assistance with a specific math concept or skill, and will be facilitated by a community volunteer. Students should come to Math Help with an assignment to complete or a specific question for the facilitator. However, Math Help occurs in a small-group setting, so it is not a personalized tutoring session.

Participating students should go to the common area near the parent pick-up lot at the conclusion of dismissal at 2:50 and be picked-up in the parent pick-up lot next to the school promptly at 3:45.

-All necessary handouts will be provided during this meeting.
First Official Session: Monday, October 20, 2014
-Students begin practicing for contests.
Final Session: March ?, 2015
-TBD depending on date of final contest.
Math Club is intended for students interested in solving very challenging problems about a wide variety of middle school math topics. Formal instruction is not provided. However, students work collaboratively while adult and high school student facilitators provide assistance. Math Club members participate in 5 Math Olympiad contests and 1 New England math League contest.
